In this month’s quick catch-up section, we discuss the KubeCon postponement, some things to expect in K8s 1.18, Istio and open-source foundations, Cillium 1.7, KubeFlow 1.0. That’s not all, we’ll also chat about some stats from Docker Index, the recent StackRox containers and Kubernetes report, vulnerability scanning, and end-of-life for CoreOS Container Linux. We’ll follow that by diving deeper into Cillium 1.7, and some container adoption and security stats.
