Why can I not see the projects under my new user account?

Question

I cannot view projects for the billing account with my new user who I made a "Billing Account User". The lesson says I should be able to see the projects. I can see the administrator account and my new account, but no other info.

Hi Richard,

I think the video said we can link projects created in the user account can be linked to the billing account created by the admin.

Why can I not see the projects under my new user account?
