to start I have 0 previous knowledge with cloud .. so my question is about the Key Building Blocks lesson : Should I write all that info down and memorize all that term explanation ?

You don’t necessarily to remember exactly every single service, but you should have an idea of what it can do when people mention its name. In reality, you may only face and use a few popular services (like Compute, Network, Storage, App, Database…).
The others (like services for BigData, AI/ML, etc.) are very specific and it’s not likely that everyone will face and use them, unless you work in that specific area (which in that case you should know what they do) 😉
