Private Google Network

I’m not quite sure if I understand your question properly, but every cloud provider maintain their own backbone network between their data-centers around the globe. The characteristics of those backbone networks will surely be different from one provider to another, depend on their strategies, resources and… financial capability.

That said, AWS also has their own global backbone network to interconnect their regions.
