impossible to create additional project (with billing account in order to get GS and GCE) with trial account as we have already used max number of projects. The weird thing is it says I can have 12 projects, I currently have 3 though it says I have reached my maximum number when trying to align the newly created project to a billing account. How do people get around this?

to fix it, enter in manage billing account e temporary disable billing account for those projects that you don’t want to use
