Now in billing export section you have to categories: Daily cost detail and Pricing. If you try to enable billing export in Pricing you get a message like this: "You need to enable the BigQuery Data Transfer API first". Could you explain that option?
Its a bit weird, but to use a service you will need to enable the API for that service first in GCP. Some APIs come already enabled, others you have to enable it first before you can use it such as the API you mentioned above. To enable an API, type in API Library in the search menu, from there you can locate the API you want activated
