How do I give a user permission to view all buckets and their objects in Cloud Storage but not permission to view any other resources within that project?

To grant a user permission to view all buckets and their objects in one project you can grant them the roles/storage.objectViewer on the project.
How can i set permissions on multiple objects based on different multiple users, e.g some user can only view the object and same object can be edit for different users
