When i give the command
xamtrex_india_2@cloudshell:~ (feisty-audio-293422)$ gsutil mb -l NORTHAMERICA-NORTHEAST1 gs://storage-lab-cli
Creating gs://storage-lab-cli/…
It gives the error
ServiceException: 409 Bucket storage-lab-cli already exists.
But I dont have that bucket created. i checked the console and its still not present there.
Not sure why i am getting this error

Although a GCS bucket is managed per project level, its name must be globally unique. The name storage-lab-cli probably has been taken by somebody else, hence you could not create it.
