In recent versios of GCP, you need to have a GCP organization associated to create a project. This is a big problem for me

GCP organization needed for creating a project
How did you create your account? Mine is an individual account so I have no issue with organization, just need to select "No organization" as usual.
In some countries, e.g. Russia you may use GCP only for business purposes, thus there is no option of indie account to work with that. Maybe Media has some country limitations.
