Can a business purchase GCP credits to use for future services? If so, how can they buy them, how long are these credits good for, and what can they be used to purchase?

As part of a GCP Account, you can Make a Manual Payment which can take your account into the positive. There may also be an enterprise-level program where they would include discounted rates, similar to AWS’s EDP’s, and Azure’s EA’s, but I can’t seem to find anything about that on GCP. Someone else might know more
