When attempting to open Cloud Playground and follow the first step.. "create new project", I am presented with an error where the only Location is
No organization
warning: ( You do not have the required ‘resourcemanager.projects.create" permission to create projects in this location.

I’m pretty sure Cloud Playground sandboxes do not let you create new projects. That permission is not allowed. You would need to find a course that does this demo and find the "Lab" they setup specifically for that exercise to practice that task attached to the course.
