Is it possible to attach a budget to a "billing account"? In"Set Up Billing Alert" the create budget screen only includes projects and not billing accounts.
As I see it previously the "Account" option was written explicity along with projects. Recently only projects are listed, but if you pay attention there is an option "All Projects" means if you don’t select a Project the Scope is all projects which means the account itself since without project you can’t have a resource in GCP. So
