What do I do if a lab doesn’t work?

In the lab where I’m supposed to setup a sticky session for an application load balancer, I was doing the lab and everything was working, but I timed out. When I tried to do the lab again, the web server wasn’t coming up when the lab said it should just work. Is there some sort of support where I should be reporting this? I’m debugging it currently and making progress, but it seems like there’s an issue with the way my session setup happened (like the automation isn’t 100% reliable). If there is support for things like this, is it the forum here? If not, how do I reach them?
