Not so much a question but an observation.
The lessons teach the virtual host style path names or URIs :- https://bucketname.s3.Region.amazonaws.com/keyname
Index.html and error.html use path style URIs for the objects that contain the images to be displayed
Covering both styles may help reduce confusion for newbies
