I have the Cloud Practitioner certification, and want to do the Solution Architect Associate next. This course starts from the basics, and a large part of it is the same as the Practitioner course. In a lot of cases it’s hard to tell from the title which parts are the same, so I need to check out the videos one by one. Isn’t there an "upgrade course", for just the differences between Practitioner and Associate?

There is not a delta course. The practitioner is good for making the associate architect easier, but if overlap is not desired, the practitioner can be skipped as all its content is basically covered in the architect associate.
