How do I create multiple AWS account without implementing the organization process?

The way I understand your question is creating a root account. I know you can register different email addresses and will automatically put that email account as the root user and eligible for a FREE Tier Services and many others.

You’re absolutely right, but I’m looking for a way to use AWS ORGANISATION to link all my accounts together.
