Hi Samantha, I am not sure what your question is. Could you please provide more information of what you are trying to do and what error you are getting?

I’m having the same issue when trying to complete some of the hands-on exercises in the AZ-900 course using the Azure free account I signed up for. I suspected this was due to an increased demand forAzure resources due to the coronavirus pandemic, I’m guessing free accounts are probably being given a relatively low priority
That right. Atm they not letting free tier provision resources. You can login to the console but you can’t do anything
