Hi Jaswanth,
This can be for a number of reasons, and isn’t always obvious.
You are using an email already associated with an Azure account
Your credit card is associated with another Azure account
Your IP address has been used before
Your name already exists with a free account.
Or a combination of all. I had this issue just a couple of weeks ago when I tried to create a new account to update the AZ-900 course. I ended up getting a colleague to create the account for me and pass on the credentials.
