I’m not quite sure if you get charged for outgoing data from s3 the same way you get charged for traffic coming out of your VPC.
Are they charged similarly ? or is S3 treated differently on that regard? Im specially courious in the case of storing a static website on s3 versus on an say an EC2 instance

Hi Rafael,
At least currently, both EC2 egress and S3 egress costs have the same price and tiered structure. With EC2 though, you’ll have the cost of running the instance of course.
