On this lecture, approximately on minute 5:10, the "When" in the table states "Scale up". AutoScaling only allows scale out. This is just a comment to be shown on the lecture until the slide is properly updated.

Thanks Jonathan. I think I was using the scale-up, scale-down terms colloquially but understand where it might cause confusion.
Similar thing happens around 7:30 with "Scale Down" instead of "Scale In" [this is not in the slide, tho].
