Is there a way to create a multi region aurora cluster using a single CFN template?

Doesn’t seem like CF supports the AWS::RDS::GlobalCluster method available in the SDKs and CLI yet. You might be able to do some hackery using Lambda to issue an SDK command to do it then embed that into the template.
