why did you create a CFN stack, where in demo you just use S3 to show WAF associate to CloudFront?

why setup CFN where in demo you just use S3? (CHAPTER 5.12 AWS WAF & AWS Shield)
Because AWS WAF is only integrated with CloudFront, ALB, etc. not S3.
