Seems your session timed out. Just refresh the page and should work fine.
I still cannot access the resources. I get the following. "AccessDenied

I was able to get this working for me and received notification 🙂 One thing that I did differently was that I set up the threshold for the alarm to be greater than or equal to 1, and you had it set to 0 – may be that was the reason?
