I am AWS Solution Architect – Associate certified and want to give AWS certified Security Specialist exam?Can I give? or do I need to have some perquisite?

Have a look at this thread. Similar question, but different course. Short answer is no, there are no pre-requisites, longer answer is that jumping straight to the Security course may not be optimal.
