The video does not explain what to do when a policy needs changing:
If I validate a policy and after a period have an archive with many files, I need to change the policy and extend the period of retention, what do I do?

I had this same question 2 years ago and the answers I received then still hold true today. Once a Vault Lock Policy is locked it cannot be changed. The business should finalize it’s requirements before implementing because they will be stuck with the lock until it expires.
