Earlier in the training video, it was mentioned that cert auto renewal possible for domains purchased from other vendors, but in exam tips slide it says Route53 purchases only, which one is it?

ACM will auto-renew any domain that you own at the time of the renewal. Once you have validated the initial cert request using domain verification or email, and the cert is associated with an ACM-manageable service at AWS, the cert will auto-renew. It does not matter where the domain is managed (Route53, or any other registrar).
