Welcome to the course, Tracy! This sounds like an issue with the platform itself, not the course. Please open a support ticket, and we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
This happened to me as well with the Learning Scheduler. I just cancelled it and the course says 100% complete. Even still, the Practice Test remains to appear incomplete. You just have to know in your heart that you did it. That’s how I roll.
Same thing happened with me in the final quiz – 2 attempts at 100% and still not registering as complete. I have raised a support ticket.
As a workaround for this issue, you can manually check the option "Mark this lesson as completed" available on the upper-left side of the screen.
I am facing the same issue, even though I complete the quiz, it still says it is not complete
