Hello Cloud Gurus! We’re excited to announce that we’ve just closed a $33 million investment round, giving us a significant influx of resources to grow our team, expand our course library, and develop some great new features.
Just a few short years ago we were a single course and now we’ve grown into a full-fledged cloud learning platform with courses spanning multiple cloud platforms, services, and disciplines.
And we have you to thank for it.
We wouldn’t be where we are today without the amazing support we’ve received from the community. To date, more than 850,000 engineers have taken our courses, and to each and every one of you, all of us at A Cloud Guru extend our deepest, most heartfelt thanks. We’re absolutely humbled.
So, what does this new investment funding mean for you?
More courses, labs, and videos. Our content team is already running full tilt producing new courses for multiple public cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. With our additional capital, we will be growing our team and, in turn, growing our course library to cover more cloud services and emerging topic areas. Stay tuned!
More new stuff — faster. As we grow our team with additional instructors, engineers, producers, developers, designers, and more, we will have the capacity to produce more of our engaging courses concurrently, so you can expect our releases to become more frequent and exhaustive. More cloud goodness for you, more often!
More features to help you master the cloud. Over the past year, we’ve launched numerous features to better help you as you learn to cloud. Our newest release, ACG Learning Paths, takes the mystery out of deciding what cloud skills to master, and provides you with a guided curriculum that takes you all the way from beginner to expert in six different specialty areas. You can expect more awesome features coming your way soon, and we’ll be sure to let you know when they’re launching, so you can take full advantage of them.
Deeper talent management tools for business customers. For our business customers, we plan to continue expanding our management and development features to help you better support team training and accelerate your time to cloud adoption.
