Quick way to get own cluster video

1. In this video, when GKE nodes are created, why docker for desktop is gone from CLI under kubectl get nodes? 

2. I’ve installed docker for desktop using Virtual Box and launching docker CLI using Kitematic, how to enable kubernetes in this docker ?
