Kubernetes Networking Basics – 2:24

Hi,

In this session the diagram show /24 network with different network 10.0.1.0/24 10.0.2.0/24 and 10.0.3.0/24. the session also say that this is one large flat network? how POD’s from network 10.0.1.0/24 can reach to 10.0.2.0/24 without routing ?
