When I create budget, I see only a drop down for projects and it doesn’t have billing account?

In the Budgets & alerts section, there’s a drop-down menu to select your desire Billing Account. If you have more than one Billing Account, you can select the account you want and create budget for it.

I’m having the same issue. It looks like the forms have changed since the course was crated.
I think the same, i think it’s linked automaticaly to your billing account but you should specify the projects
