I cannot access the exam questions as well.

I would suggest opening a ticket with ACG Support https://help.acloud.guru/hc/en-us to look. I tried again today and was able to access the exam questions.
Random… when I click "Exam Simulator (Repeat This!)", which has a URL of "https://acloud.guru/exam-simulator/start?courseId=gcp-certified-associate-cloud-engineer&_ga=2.156905915.1419676312.1612323253-1876434478.1612323253", I too get a No Results Found search page with the URL of "https://learn.acloud.guru/search?page=1&learningTypes=PRACTICE_EXAM".
