Does the latest GCP billing function allow admin to select the specific resource/billing account to set budget alerts? I only had the option to select the specific project.

Isn’t there only 1 billing account created to this point? My Trial Billing Account with multiple projects associated. You select which projects you would like associated with the alert. GCP changed the functionality slightly, but the result is still the same. Your billing account is selected a the top, and you associate projects to the budget.
