Disabled the compute engine API but after that trying to enable it and getting below error:
ERROR: (gcloud.services.enable) The operation "operations/acf.87527a16-d716-4158-9cf0-ef89d2df17c1" resulted in a failure "[The service is currently being deactivated and deactivation must complete before activation can occur.] with failed services [compute.googleapis.com]".
Details: "[]".
Its more than an hour and still the same status
