The status of my billing account is CLOSED.

The status of my billing account is CLOSED. A nominal fee of Rs1 was charged as well telling its refundable. It asked for verification of billing account, with the image of credit card used for billing along with my Billing_id. On submitting a message appeared telling its pending and will get a mail when its verified.
