For any of the GCP and AWS training courses, many of the lessons suggest creating free-tier accounts. Wondering if this is still necessary, or does the Playground offer everything we need?

Nevermind. Turns out that the answer was actually in the module right after the one demoing how to set up a new free tier account. Looks like the lab credentials are already provided.
The note is in Demo: Explore GCP Console. "If you have access to our Cloud Playground you can follow along to this demo lesson in your own sandbox." I was missed this on my first listen to this video.
