Regarding lab CHAPTER 13.2

I have got the gist but getting below error when deploying app version 1. I tried redeploying the app and this time got different error. 

First time error – "ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) NOT_FOUND: Unable to retrieve P4SA: [[email protected]] from GAIA. Could be GAIA propagation delay or request from deleted apps.;"

Second time error – "ERROR: (gcloud.app.deploy) Error Response: [9] Cloud build 7186246f-7205-4168-9667-b366b98458bb status: FAILURE Build error details: Access to bucket staging.managing-ver-62-d70f139f.appspot.com denied. You must grant Storage Object Viewer permission to [email protected]."

Any suggestion on this?
