Question: Creating new GCP free trial account – problem faced

Hello,

I am a newbie to GCP and facing issue in first step itself – opening a GCP free trial account (ouch!)

As per google, any debit card which is having 2-factor authentication enabled will not be accepted to activate the free trial of 12 months. How is one supposed to open a account then? Normally all cards now-a-days have OTP authentication enabled. 

P.S.: never used a credit card (yes, you read it correct 🙂 )

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
