How can we view the previous billing activity before the Big Query setup?
Is there any way we get get that info exported?

Hello! Unfortunately, Google does not currently provide any way to get historical billing data from before you set up the export to BigQuery. That’s why setting this up is such an urgent thing to do immediately after creating a new billing account.
