I have tried to create a free trial account with a new Gmail account. After entering my credit card details, it has asked me to pay 1 rupee. I understand that this is a process for authenticating the credit card account. So a new window has opened where I had to enter the OTP for the transaction to take place. But when I entered OTP it says "unable to verify your payment information. please try again"
that may be an issue with the service provider of your CC. Suggest you used the playground feature in ACG, you dont have to set up a free account 😛
