Getting location error while creating new project.Its says you do not have the required permission to create project in this location

Which location did you choose?
If you follow the lab closely, make sure that you’ve logged in with an account that can create projects. There’s one lab that tells you to create a non-admin account.
i m using sandboxes on acloud guru . It was advised not to create a personal account
