I could not find Info Panel, someone plz help

unfortunately, I found your post in the main discussion forum which not reference what section of the course you where in for context.   Assuming your not talking about navigation menu on the left which is closed and opened via a small > carrot at the bottom left.  You get back to home dashboard by clicking on the Google Cloud Platform name at the top left.  To access information panels on the right that side that offer tutorials, they usually appear for services in a new project or the first time you access a service.

Add some details, I sure someone here knows.
