Following "Demo: GCS: Google Cloud Storage" lab, when I click the three dots to the right of a bucket object and try to add Name "allUsers" with access "Reader" (as instructed in the lab) I get the message "Unknown User: allUsers." If I try with entity group instead, I get the error message: "Could not find group allUsers." Is there an updated method to set public access for bucket objects or is there some other setting that will let me use the allUsers access?

I faced same problem but I get a solution, go to the cloud storage page there you can see your all storage lab files , then select the file you want to public then in the right side of the same page you will see the permission headline and in the same column you can see an option of Remove public access prevention, it will help for you query please try
Choose the ‘Public’ entity instead of ‘Users’. They must have changed it after the video was published
If you are trying to set the bucket itself to public access then click the 3 dots on the right end of the line that list your bucket, then on the Permissions tab navigate to Public Access and click "Remove public access prevention".
In a bucket you can not make a folder public or set permissions on a folder. However for e file object you can make it public; click 3 dots, select ‘edit permissions’, click "+ Add entry’, change entity to public’, name allUsers’, Access ‘Reader’….. Hope this clarifies!
