I am unable to see Stackdriver logs instead I could see Cloud Logs. Could you please confirm if these are the same? How do I enable stackdriver logs to monitor?

Google fully integrated Stackdriver last spring into GCP and changed the overall name to "Operations." They also dropped "Stackdriver" and replaced it with "Cloud" – so Stackdriver Logging became Cloud Logging. There are one and the same now, all contained in the Google Cloud console.
