How are we going to use labels to sort or fetch data? What will happen if multiple billing reports have same labels?

So labels are used to help you categorize your Cloud Resources, they help you break down things within a project but shouldn’t be used for breaking up your bill as such, rather they are for your use to understand where your costs are going to.
For example: If you have two services that run within the same project, you can use Labels to identify things like what services they connect to or what team manages or depends on the resource.
