GCP free trial account rejects “prepaid” credit cards; any workarounds?

I’m from the Netherlands, and Google rejects my Dutch MasterCard because "prepaid cards can’t be used".

Has anyone else encountered this, or does anyone know any workarounds?

Some background: I have a MasterCard from the Dutch ICS cards company (https://www.icscards.nl/) who issue cards on behalf of Visa/MasterCard over here. They say it’s not a prepaid card, and neither has this card ever been declined for any other online payments, recurring or otherwise, but apparently Google has a different opinion…
