It’s up to you and your convenience :). For me the only reason to use Incognito (Chrome), Private Browsing (Firefox) or InPrivate (Edge) is to negate the "caching effect".
And yet thumb up for the profiles, as I also use that a lot 😀

QQ: what was the reason behind recommending using an incognito window over browser profiles?
I personally found the latter much more useful whilst juggling contexts between work, personal, and study.
