Creating VM?

When using the cloud shell console I get this result: $ gcloud compute instances create myvm Did you mean zone [us-central1-b] for instance: [myvm] (Y/n)? Y ERROR: (gcloud.compute.instances.create) Could not fetch resource: – The user does not have access to service account ‘service-452804368806@compute-system.iam.gserviceaccount.com’. User: ‘scooley76@gmail.com’. Ask a project owner to grant you the iam.serviceAccountUser role on the service account. However I successfully created a VM through the Google Cloud Platform. What am I doing wrong?
