I’m trying to add the startup script to my new compute instance using the GUI. The Google documentation says I should go to the Management, security, disks, networking, sole tenancy section when setting up the VM, but I don’t see that anywhere in the console.
Apparently, it can only be added through that section when the machine is first created. Otherwise, it has to be added as custom metadata.
Now all I have to do is make the script work….
