I don’t find ‘Stackdriver logging’ link under logs after instance is created

Same here. I think it has changed, you can click on the "Cloud logging" link instead.

The GCP console has updated, its now called the Logging service, can be searched easily from the search bar up the top of the screen. If you type "Logging" its the first optoin
